Active Rehab helps patients restore normal function and engage in active and healthy life. Integrating traditional "land" therapy with pool therapy, we design an efficient and effective program that evolves as the patient improves. We also work to help the patient address the needs of their injury and lifestyle so they can recover completely, and can engage in an active post-injury life. As part of that, we offer patients a one-month FREE membership to the fitness facility where they were treated.

To get started, fax in a prescription. We will then work with the insurance companies and / or the doctor's office to expedite the process. In most cases, within 48 hours we can begin treatment. Once we have contacted you, download the registrations forms and fill them out prior to coming in for your initial evaluation, as this will significantly expedite your visit.
